Main Gym and Free Weights Area
At Complete Health and Fitness we have a large gym with over 50 machines to give your whole body the workout it needs.
Situated at the rear of the gym it is away from the free weights section that can put some people off.
Our equipment is all serviced regularly and maintained to a high standard.
We are also very proud of our separate large free weights section. We understand that some people can feel imtimidated by weight lifters which is why we have a separate area for people who want to weight train.
We have a very good reputation for our free weights section and invite you to come and train with us.
